Instructions
Heat a small layer of sunflower oil in a frying pan and make sure it is hot enough. To check tip in a small cube of bread. if it browns within seconds the oil is hot enough.
Add your halloumi cubes and fry them quickly until golden brown. Remove from the oil with a slotted spoon and leave to drain on kitchen paper
Cut your tomatoes in half and slice the radishes. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl, add your dressing and the halloumi cubes and dive in!
