Mixed grains with tomatoes and mango salad

Ingredients

Dressing

tablespoons
of mayonaise

apple vinegar
pepper

adobo sauce
Instructions
Prepare the grains according to your package instructions, drain and leave to cool while you cut your veggies
Clean and cut the mango into cubes. Clean and cut the tomatoes into quarters or halves, depending on their size and cut the chicken into small cubes.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and bake in a pan until golden and cooked. Set aside to cool a bit
Make the dressing by combining the ingredients.
Finish making the salad by combining everything together into one bowl and taste if it is to your liking. It will be fairly sweet due to the mango.
Finish by sprinkling some chives over the top
