Juicy pork chucks from the oven coated in a spicy marinade

Ingredients
4pork chuck cutlets
2tbspkacap manissweet soy sauce
2tbsphoney
1tbspsambalred chili paste
1tsppowdered ginger
1tsppowdered garlic
1tspsmoked paprikapowderla Chinata
juice of half an orange
Instructions
briefly rinse the cutlets under the watertap (to clean off bonefragments) and dry with kitchenpaper
Make the marinade by mixing all the other ingredients in a bowl, add the meat and let the cutlets marinate for 3 to 4 hours (or even, better: marinate for a night)
Preheat oven to 200 Celsius and put the cutlets in a baking tray (preferably one with a grill rack). Spoon one spoon of marinade over each cutlet and put the tray in the oven for ten minutes
Remove cutlets from oven after 10 minutes, turn them and spoon the remaining marinade over the meat. Put the tray back in the oven for another ten minutes.
Get the juicy cutlets out of the oven and serve with baked potatoes and some vegetables.
