Ingredients

sunflower seeds

dried apricots
Instructions
Spread the nuts and seeds out on a baking tray (without the apricots) and make sure you have a single layer and not too many on top of each other.
Preheat the oven to 200 C and put the mixture in. Roast for about 10 minutes or until golden.
Keep a close eye on it as it tends to go really quickly. So don't walk away and forget you have something in the oven!
Leave to cool completely before putting it in a jar you can close with a lid. Add the apricots (cut them into smaller pieces first of course)
Shake it and you're good to go!
This amount makes enough to last for about two weeks
