A delicious alternative to a tuna salad. And no it doesn't taste like tuna but you can use the same way and it does resemble it a bit in terms of texture and looks

Ingredients
1can chickpeasdrained and half mashed
2gherkinsin small cubes
2tomatoesslices in small pieces
some grated carrot
handful of sunflower seedsroasted
4slicessour dough breadfor serving
Dressing:
1tbspDijon mustard
3tbsptahini
1/2tbspof maple syrup
pinchof salt
Instructions
After you’ve mashed the chickpeas add the other chopped elements to it and mix well.
Make the dressing by combining the ingredients well and pour over the salad.
Take a good sandwich, and spread the “tuna” salad on top. I added some greens to it as well, added the other half of my sandwich and dive in!
