Cut the pepper, onion, garlic, courgette and mushrooms. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
In a large frying pan heat the olive oil and fry the bacon until crispy. Remove the skin of the chicken sausage and either cut into pieces or roll into balls.
Bake until cooked and ad to the large pan with the bacon. Add the vegetables and bake until done. Add the tomato cubes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
