Healthy new year snack – roasted pumpkin sticks with sesameseeds
Looking for a healthy snack to serve on newyears eve? Try these roasted pumpkin sticks. It takes a bit of time to roast the pumpkin in the oven but you don’t really need to sit and watch it and they are quite good. And healthy too!

- 1 butternut squash
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 200 C.

Clean the butternut squash by removing the skin and the seeds and cut into cubes of aboout 2 by 1 cm.

Make a sauce of the soy, honey and sesame oil and add the pumpkin cubes in. Make sure they all have a layer of the sauce. Put on a baking tray on a piece of baking paper and sprinkle with the sesameseeds

Put in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes. As soon as it is done, put the cubes on a stick for easy serving
