Almost back!!
I know I’ve been virtually silent mostly since typing a post on my iPhone ( as I’m doing right now) is not exactly very fast or straightforward. I purposefully didn’t bring my iPad with me just so I could have some off time. It’s funny too as I am starting to get real excited about all the blogposts that are now living inside my head. Ideas, recipes and other stuff I have experienced here and want to share with you. I still have three more days to go in Cambodia before flying back but wanted to remind everyone that its only a few more days left for the homemade challenge and I see only 9 entries sofar… So just urging you on a little bit and for lack of anything else on my phone I am giving you a picture with the ingredients for a homemade garam masala!!
Looking forward to seeing some more entries and lia suhn hao-y ( or goodbye in Khmer)
Looking forward to reading your next post and hearing everything about your holidays!
Cheers,
Rosa

Enjoy what’s left of the hols. π
And those spices in your photographs? They’re what I use a lot.

Looking at those spices in your first photo it truly is difficult to wait for the beginning of the posts π ! Enjoy every hour!!
You’re in Cambodia?! How nice is that, I’m a little jealous! Enjoy the good weather there, cuz winter isn’t moving out of Netherlands yet!
Enjoy your last three days. I know it’s a place where food is a very very important thing of the city. I look forward to hearing your all you have enjoyed and seen there π
Sounds like you’ve been having a great vacation! Looking forward to your return.
