Rice and noodles are probably one of the most versatile ingredients out there. They can easily be transformed into a salad, a dinner main or a quick side dish.

Growing up rice was something special. We didn’t eat it very often and if we did it was usually in something like baked rice. And that was about it. So it took me a while to discover how versatile rice really is. From making delicious creamy and sweet dishes to savory salads and anything in between.

Noodles are just as versatile as rice although until recently I had not tried to make a noodle salad. That was a wrong decision as how delicious is this!
