Planning and prepping


One of my goals for this new Whole30 is to do a better job in preparing and planning. Last few times I really didn’t do a good job in that department and the end result was that I kind of went of program quite soon in. The only time we really did good was in our first whole30. The one where everything was new and we planned meticulously.


Well meticulously is maybe not the right word, but at least we made a good effort in planning the week ahead. And I have started to do that now too. Bought a new notebook (since you can never have enough of those!) and have been working on the first week menu schedule since last week somewhere. It is almost finished; just some grocery shopping to do and preparing of things like mayonaise and ranch dressing that is used a couple of times.


I am kind of tired of eating the way we do now, so am looking forward to start on Monday! I’ll try and post a daily update on how I am doing and where appropriate will share the recipes I made and where good enough to share.
